- How to Feed Your Pet -

Take out as much as needed and thaw in refrigerator before feeding your pet. When first starting, reduce your pet’s regular feed by 15% and mix in a half a spoon of raw food. As your dog or cat becomes accustomed to the new food, gradually reduce the regular food and mix in more raw food for a smooth transition. The proper amount for each pet varies according to body type, physical condition and activity levels. Observe their stool, coat shine and health of skin and adjust as necessary.

To prevent freezer burn from longer storage time, we use vacuum-seal packaging in our products. Orders are delivered frozen by Yamato Transport’s Cool TA-Q-BIN within five to seven business days after they are confirmed.

To preserve all of the precious nutrients, make sure to thaw naturally in your refrigerator. Please do not defrost with a microwave oven as that will degrade nutrient content.

Once thawed, it should be kept in the refrigerator and used within two to three days. Do not refreeze. We suggest removing content from the packaging and storing in a storage container for ease of use. As raw meats spoil easily, make sure to dispose of any leftover food after 15 minutes (be especially careful during the summer months).
